Well it means that here, in Tenerife I have people ringing me daily asking if I can buy their property, and yes I will but,. at 20-50% below market value depending on the individual property.
Many of them opt for putting their property in Tenerife on the market with traditional estate agents, only to come back to me 6-9 months later and accept my offer
As I don't have the interest (or finances) to wait 6-9 months to sell these properties; I have decided that it is better that I take advantage of the market and make a smaller percentage profit and pass a greater saving on to YOU the public in order to sell quickly
